NORTH COUNTY RECREATION ASSOCIATION EVENT RENTAL

  • Exclusive use of the 3,650 sq. ft. Pavilion.
  • A lush, landscaped, sweeping main entrance lined with brick pavers encircles a large tranquil water fountain leading up to the entrance plaza.
  • 2 Rustic Wagon Wheel Chandeliers light up the foyer area and Edison Lighting runs throughout the Pavilion for ambient lighting. All are dimmable.
  • The East end wall features a giant river rock fireplace. There is also an exterior fire pit for gathering around. If you would like to have a fire, either inside or out, it is your responsibility to bring firewood for your event.
  • Several full walls, half walls, and sliding walls to help block wind or inclement weather.
  • Large built-in Bar featuring a “live-edge”, rustic corrugated metal siding, built-in light up “Grease Board” for a “Special Drink” Menu, pendant lighting, refrigerated areas, two bar sinks, a keg area with capacity for 2 taps, ice compartment, and plenty of counterspace & shelving with built in lighting to display bottles or decorations.
  • Two buffet counters with plenty of plug-ins for hot dishes.
  • Separate two compartment sink makes clean-up quick and easy.
  • A maximum of 270 white wood padded folding chairs available for your event.
  • 27—60” round tables that seat 8, 4—48” round tables that seat 6, and 3—72” round table that seats 10; for a total of 34 round tables for your use, that seat 270 people. 
  • 12—8ft. Rectangular wood tables, 2—5ft. Rectangular tables.

  • There is room for Cornhole, but you must bring your own Boards & Bags. 
  • There are a total of 8 white oak wine barrels for your use in decorating (Not Removable).

3 Tier Pricing:
1. Up to 75 Guests — $350 plus $250 Refundable Cleaning Deposit
2. Up to 150 Guests — $600 plus $350 Refundable Cleaning Deposit
3. Up to 270 Guests — $850 plus $500 Refundable Cleaning Deposit

Rental is for the exclusive use of the Picnic Pavilion for the entire day, from 8:00 am —1:30 am (Holiday Weekends Excluded)

Does not include use of kitchen facilities.

Payment is due in full at the time of a signed contract to reserve your date.

No refunds after 30 days prior to the event, except for the refundable cleaning deposit.

  • Parking is allowed in the main parking lot only. No parking in the gravel area in front of the Pavilion except for loading and unloading. People who need assistance with walking (ADA) may be dropped off/picked up at the brick paver sidewalk.
  • Overnight RV parking is allowed in the main parking lot, with no services provided.
  • It is possible that sporting events may be taking place at the same time as your event which could impact parking. We do have plenty of overflow parking near the batting cages and the boat ramp parking lot.
  • If alcohol will be consumed a special event Liability Insurance Policy for $1,000,000 is required, with “North County Recreation Association” named as the additionally insured. (More info on event insurance can be found at: www.theeventhelper.com or www.privateeventinsurance.com).  The Event insurance must cover the day of the Event, and the following day if your event goes past midnight. So, if your event is on Saturday and it goes past midnight, you must purchase event insurance for Sunday too.
  • The renting party is responsible for the set-up of tables & chairs prior to the event, and the breakdown of tables & chairs at the end of your event.
  • Clean up, removing decorations, and removing all garbage from the premises is also the renting party’s responsibility. Trash bags are provided, and Trash receptacles are available for your use.
  • No stapling, nailing, or gluing to wood columns or walls when decorating.
  • No glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, hay bales, fireworks, or sidewalk chalk allowed.
  • Patio propane heaters are not allowed under the Pavilion.
  • Candles are allowed inside mason jars or similar windbreak containers.
  • No smoking inside the Pavilion.
  • No campfires are allowed at this time. A firepit may be constructed in the future.
  • Please keep children out of all flower beds and away from the water fountains without adult supervision.
  • No pets are allowed, except service animals on a leash.
  • Bouncy houses are not allowed without special event liability insurance of $1,000,000 coverage naming “North County Recreation Association” named as the additionally insured.
